Technical Highlight:

X beam has adopted the ultra rigid precise aerometal. This structure is the best solution to lighten main carriage’s weight and improve main carriage’s stability and rigidity, so can greatly improves CMM’s performance.

L” shape improves CMM’s accuracy and repeatability.

All machine axes’ transmission mode is timing belt, whose compact, nonskid structure makes it has excellence of high speed, low noise and easy maintenance.

Pneumatic counterbalance (adjustable) for Z axis, which makes Z axis operate stably, with automatic brake on emergency condition and keep CMM in safety.

All machine axes are equipped with the scales (gold and steel) of German Heidenhain which are are certified by PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt), a German national institute of science and technology.

PC-DMIS BASIC (DCC) Software

PC-DMIS BASIC (DCC) is the universal metrology software, which can solve complex measuring tasks. This software is mainly intended for workshop basic-level inspection operators, enabling them to master the software applications in the shortest possible time.

This powerful industrial metrology software features an easy-to-use operator interface that guides you through part programming, setup and inspection routine execution. Advanced graphics reporting functions let you configure inspection results to meet your specific data analysis needs. One of the features of PC-DMIS BASIC (DCC) is its intuitive self-teach capability that allows programming a part on the CMM without the help of a CAD file.

The unique capability of PC-DMIS BASIC (DCC) is its ability to recognize the feature type (line, circle, cylinder, etc.) from the points taken to measure it. After the measurement of a feature is completed, PC-DMIS BASIC (DCC) automatically defines the type of the element you measure, gives you the essential information, and draws the feature of the part on the screen.

And this dynamic drawing is useful for the operator to realize the feature construction function through the integration of the defined element with the other features.

Chinese language and Chinese on line help available.

A fully configurable, intuitive graphic user interface (GUI) provides users of all skill levels with easy access to powerful measurement routines.
